Design and Preview Meeting
When building a full-scale project with Affinity, we offer an initial exploratory consultation with the highest most qualified officers at Affinity. This meeting will ensure your expectations and future design requirements are met. It all begins with this meeting.
Design Consultation and Studio Meeting
Affinity will ensure your needs are met with our expert design professionals review of your architectural plans. This will include building specifications, color selections, options and site conditions, among many other specifications. Along with this meeting, homework may be given to the customer to ensure accuracy at the final selection appointment so building timelines and schedules can be set.
Final Selection Appointment and Start of Project
At completion of this selection process, Affinity will build a schedule and process to be followed by the customer and its building teams. All expectations will be set, and the build process will begin. Depending on project sophistication and time of year, timeline expectations will be set accordingly.
Full Service Project Management
We have carefully put systems in place to keep projects running smoothly, on-time and within your desired budget. We will manage every contract for you, ensuring you realize maximum contract efficiency in your project. We will control costs, schedule and quality throughout every phase of your project.
