The ideal candidate will be well organized, experienced with excel or app based budgeting, and be willing to self-complete punch or small work order items as needed to ensure resident satisfaction.
Sales Person
The Sales Person is responsible for the selling of construction services and labor to various clients. The job requires identifying and closing small and large construction opportunities that maintain existing sales and generate new contacts.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. They will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
